A ballistic-eye view from DRS
Article Abstract:
DRS Hadland has released the SVR II Electronic Ballistic Range Camera, a device that incorporates the latest advances in personal computers and Charge Coupled Device (CCD) technology. The SVR II camera, which uses CCD sensors to measure high speed ballistic impact events, is capable of measuring exposure times to as low as 200 nanoseconds. DRS Hadland's SVR II camera technology eliminates the need for processing chemicals, flashbulbs or standard films.

Club Car Inc has unveiled the Carryall 272 vehicle that is touted to be capable of handling nearly any job. The compact vehicle, which can fit into a full-size truck bed, is equipped with an 11-hp, 351-cc gasoline engine. Club Car's Carryall 272, which is engineered to perform under the most grueling conditions, has a total vehicle load of 546 kilograms. Other features include a shift-on-the-fly differential lock and a ground clearance of 11.4 inches.
