Missouri-based Boeing and California-based Science Applications International Corp., partnered as lead systems Integrator (LSI) for the U.S. Army's Future Combat System (FCS) program, plans to give a contract to Texas-based Raytheon Network Centric Systems to develop technologies for an active protection system (APS).
