Are NCOs prepared for today's small unit leadership?
Article Abstract:
The noncommissioned officer (NCO) leaders who were wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan were visited and were thanked for their warriorship, their sacrifice and were wished for their speedy recovery. Small unit leadership is the key to victory in modern warfare and the NCOs are required to be prepared for this leadership.
