BMS modernisation gathers momentum in drive towards networked capability
Article Abstract:
The various Battle management systems (BMS) displayed at the Eurosatory 2006 in Paris in June 2006 are described. The new genre of BMS devices are aimed at providing an effective battlefield networked capabilities by combining the platform and tactical level systems with battalion and brigade level systems and giving a single solution across the various command levels from platoon to brigade headquarters.
