The government of Cambodia struggles with the growing problem of drugs trafficking as there has been seizure of large quantities of heroin and methamphetamine moving into and through Cambodia. The surging volumes of drugs transiting the country have created a crisis, the scale of which has yet to be fully realized.

Laos attacks blamed on Hmong
Article Abstract:
The ethnic Hmong are held responsible for the 2003 brutal ambushes of civilian traffic on a key highway in Laos. HmongEs wartime leader Vang Pao denied the claims and stated that Laos military engineered the attacks, using the Hmong troops serving in government forces in an effort to blacken the rebel cause.
