Bad news: Should media manipulation be a tool of war?
Article Abstract:
The mission of military public affairs (PA) practitioners is to transmit truthful information about the U.S. military to the public and the press, but the ongoing war on terrorism has put lots of pressure in managing the information operations (IO).
