Installations strategic planning
Article Abstract:
A strategic planning is necessary for the Marine Corps to create a successful future and also to succeed in meeting all its expectations as well as the serious mission objective of force projection. Basing strategy, training ranges and maneuver space, encroachment control, base management and quality of service are the five installation managers that provide the supporting framework to achieve optimal fifth element support of the Marine air-ground task force (MAGTF).

Marine air-ground task force distributed operations
Article Abstract:
The Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory's (MCWL's) main mission is to assess the distributed operations (DO), which intends to provide a relevant additional capability that capitalizes on new tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) and leverages advanced technologies. The Marine air-ground task force (MAGTF) commander is still not very clear about the additional capabilities provided by the distributed operations.
