Nammo introduces M72 LAW variants
Article Abstract:
Nammo AS (Raufoss, Norway), and Tally Defense Systems (Mesa, Arizona) and NI Industries (Riverbank, California) are working with the Norwegian and US military to introduce new variants of the M72 light anti-armour weapon (LAW), for urban combat operations. The launcher has better day/night capabilities, an axial trigger, add-on reflex sight to increase the hit probability, and Fire-Stop material designed to prevent detonation of the round for more than 30 minutes during a fuel fire.

Emmanuel de Roquefeuil, naval systems director in Thales Land & Joint Systems has stated that Thales has identified an accessible market of over 500 shipsets for its third-generation staring infrared search and track (IRST) systems. This third-generation IRST system comprised of the Artemis system and Gatekeeper system was launched at the Euronaval exhibition.

South African company introduces stealthy FMCW battlefield radar
