Naval team Denmark - Link between Danish naval industry and the Navies of the world

Article Abstract:

Naval Team Denmark (NTD) is an export organization formed by the major Danish defense industries within the naval sector and it works in close collaboration with the Royal Danish Navy (RDN). The NTD's partnership with the RDN means that demonstrations of ships and onboard equipment can be arranged, customers can be offered training programmes and logistic support and also package deals and technology transfer for domestic production can be arranged if needed.

A practical approach to the COTS technology submarine combat systems

Article Abstract:

Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace has introduced the prototype of its next- generation MSI-90U Mk 2 Command and Weapons Control System (CWCS). The protype is a modified version of the MSI-90U used in the new Norwegian ULA Class, German Class 212 and Italian Class 212 submarines. The MSI-90U Mk 2 employs the interface standards in system engineering and features the extensive use of commercial-of-the-shelf technology that conforms to those interface standards.
