Operational research applied to command support
Article Abstract:
Command Support and Operational Research projects provide a link between Centre activities and NATO and national maritime commands. The projects require advanced modelling techniques which is highly dependent on environmental and systems research conducted at the Centre and relays feedback, assuring continuous operational significance. The Command Support activities include force employment studies, exercise support, operational software/support and environmental databases and models.
