The CST initiative: the seaborne dimention of the U.S. international engagement strategy
Article Abstract:
The Caribbean Support Tender is a multinational effort to help nations in the Caribbean region. The countries there need assistance protecting their trade routes and preventing drug trafficking. The Coast Guard does not perform law enforcement duties for the countries. Other benefits of the program are examined.
