Three bidders line up for Oman Ocean Patrol Vessel competition

Article Abstract:

Three shipbuilders from the Netherlands, South Korea and the UK are lining up to present revised proposals for Oman's Project Khareef Ocean Patrol Vessel (OPV) programme. Project Khareef calls for the design, construction and support of three helicopter capable OPVs for the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) and the total contract, including support and training, is believed to be worth in excess of USD600 million.
