Article Abstract:
Course-correcting fuze (CCF) for artillery are being viewed as a natural complement to spin-stabilized projectiles, both old and new even after twenty years of postulation and experimentation. Such fuzes are seen as an equally worthwhile adjunct for more expensive sensor-fuzed munitions, ensuring that these can be delivered accurately to the right point in space to guarantee that their submunition seekers can lock-on to their intended targets.
