USAF intel sites going multi-int
Article Abstract:
The US Air Force plans to install the new Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) at Beale AFB, California, and could be operational by spring or summer of 2008. The DCGS Block 10.2 development program is geared towards accelerating the processing, exploitation, and dissemination of imagery intelligence based on electro-optical, infrared and radar sensor data collected by electronic wafare aircraft. Increment 2 is the second major stage of the development program and will focus on signals-intelligence exploitation and its integration with imagery intelligence.

US Army seeks to improve counter-IED training
Article Abstract:
The US Army is seeking capability statements for developing modifications to the DARWARS Ambush! computer-based training system. Ambush! is a squad-level tool that teaches squads and their commanders about detection and response to ambushes, including improvised explosive devices.
