Alaska urges tax breaks for pipeline

Tony Knowles, the governor of Alaska, said that hundreds of millions of dollars may needed for the project to transport natural gas from Alaska through a pipeline to the U.S. mainland. Concerns have been raised about the high cost projections of the project. Knowles is calling on the U.S. Congress to approve tax breaks that would be beneficial to the project.
