Analysts skeptical of brewers' 'synergies': Firms pitch savings of $60-million (US)

The brewery companies, Molson Inc. and Adolph Coors Co. would be merging brewing operations which would slash $60-million (US) in annual costs. The brewers' plans to use Molson facilities to make some Coors products would be restricted to the tiny portfolio of specialty Coors brands and would exclude Coor's two biggest-selling brands, Coors Light and Coors Original.
