The prosecution in the O.J. Simpson case, in its effort to show that Simpson had a motive to murder his ex-wife, has resorted to using unsound concepts derived from feminist theory. The prosecutors' argument that giving gifts to a wife amounts to economic abuse is particularly ludicrous.
