CGI talks to acquire several U.S. companies
Article Abstract:
Computer services company CGI Group Inc has acquired DRT Systems International from Deloitte Consulting for around $40 million to $70 million. The compaby is also negotiating to acquire more US-based companies to boost its market share in North America. Among its potential targets are the computer services arms of merger partners SBC Communications Inc and Ameritech Corp.
