Canada 3000 snaps up CanJet in all-stock deal

CanJet Airlines, which is led by entrepreneur Ken Rowe, will be acquired by Toronto, Ont.-based Canada 3000 Inc. in an all-stock deal. The merger, which places a value of $7 million on CanJet, closely follows Canada 3000's acquisition of Royal Aviation Inc.
