Cara Operations' first public issue whets appetites

Cara Operations Ltd. secured phenomenal interest from institutional investors for its issuance of C$100 million worth of bonds, which offer an interest rate of 5.95% and cover ten years. Investors' excellent reception of Cara Operations' bond issuance was attributed to the offering's diversification of investment portfolios for potential investors. Cara Operations' chief financial officer, Michael Nahirny, cited that the company was overwhelmed by the enormous interest given by investors to its bond offering.
