Cement drivers reach tentative deal

The Teamsters Local 230 labor union has reached an agreement that would send its 650 striking concrete truck drivers back to work in the Greater Toronto Area. The 9-week-old strike, which had brought many construction projects to a halt, had targeted cement companies.
