Loretta Chan, the former financial officer at Canada's nuclear corportation, has been charged with demanding bribes in relation to a plan to build two Candu nuclear power plants in Shanghai, China. The former executive was employed by the NPM Nuclear Project Managers of the Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd.
