Chevron mulls undersea pipe to revive Hebron oil project

Chevron Canada Resources Ltd. is considering a $1 billion plan to build undersea pipelines linking Hibernia with the Hebron oil fields. As per Mark MacLeod, Hebron project manager at Chevron, the company is weighing the pros and cons of the so-called tie-back proposal to bring three Hebron heavy oil fields on stream.

Mackenzie pipeline may cost $ 7-billion

Imperial Oil Ltd. and its partners have put a price tag on the Mackenzie Valley natural gas pipeline project at $7-billion. The cost has risen as the project has grown to include a separate natural gas liquids pipeline running about half the distance of the main pipeline.
