Struggling AGF trying to reinvent itself

The mutual fund assets of the ailing AGF Management Ltd. have gone down 22 percent from $29.9-billion in 2001 to $23.3-billion with gross sales continuing to lag the competition. The firm has fallen off the radar screen of key financial advisers and the company's marketing and sales team is viewed by many as the weak link in the chain.
