A year after the coalition invaded Iraq in 2003, there is no victory dividend and the three of coalition leaders John Howard, George W. Bush and Tony Blair are on shaky political grounds. It is stated that the result of the Spanish election where the Socialist Party beat the Popular party created a salutary warning for John Howard, the Prime Minister, and an encouragement for Mark Latham.
