RIM profit soars but growth flattens

Waterloo, Ont. based Research In Motion raised its profits than ever before to 57 percent and sales to 58 percent. But the rate at which the company is able to sign up new subscribers has slowed when compared to the giant technology companies like Nokia Corp, Microsoft Corp, Palm Inc, and Motorola Inc.
