A 52 year old computer retailer and IT consultant Philip Rhoades has planned to build an elaborate domed human organ repository and underground chamber to freeze his parents after their death. Philip Rhoades had established Cowra as the Australian headquarters, for the embryonic practice of cryonics or for maintaining the bodies of clinically dead patients to heal and revive them for future cryonic technology.

The BEELINE Navigator system allows farmers to map large fields with satellite signals. Potential yield of all land areas can be measured. Farmers can measure waterlog levels to adjust irrigation methods and the proper amounts of nitrogen gas to spread across fields.
