Article Abstract:
The legislation that ensures better treatment to people suffering from mental illness or chemical-addiction by providing them an insurance coverage for the treatment is a very big debatable issue in the Congress. The review shows that though the legislation seems to be highly a cost-effective and helpful approach towards treating such addicts, some people feel that such treatments are unethical and does not really work, as overcoming an addiction is just a question of mental and moral stability.
