Fare deals to Europe bloom in time for spring
Article Abstract:
Airlines are offering low fares on their trans-Atlantic flights. Some of the fares are even lower than the cost of domestic flights. Airlines have slashed their fares because of low fuel prices and a glut of long-range aircraft. The number of available seats for trans-Atlantic flights are projected to increase by 9% by summer 1999, while demand is expected to increase by only 6%.
