Article Abstract:
Japanese automakers are ahead of American manufacturers in terms of productivity gains, and the shortfall could hurt profits as foreign automakers begin building more money-making trucks. The study looked at several factors, including the level of automation and robotics, how well plant capacity is utilized, and productivity.

Article Abstract:
State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co was ordered by an Illinois jury to pay damages worth $456 million for breaking its contract with policyholders.
