JetForm cuts, layoffs to be deeper than expected
Article Abstract:
JetForm Corp has revealed a restructuring program that involves more job cuts and bigger restructuring charges than analysts had anticipated. Writeoffs will total C$24 million, over 40% higher than analysts anticipated, while layoffs will number 56 employees instead of about 35 employees that the company previously announced. The Ottawa, Canada-based software company will eliminate more jobs and declare bigger writeoffs to cope with a slack in customer spending.
