Companies work to be more gay-friendly
Article Abstract:
Companies are implementing changes in their employee benefits and job recruiting programs in an effort to be more gay-friendly to employees and job recruits. The efforts to reach out to gay and lesbian employees are caused in part by lack of manpower and employee groups lobbying for changes. Bell Atlantic, Xerox, J.P. Morgan and IBM are some examples of employers working to be more gay-friendly.
