Marsulex in deals with Shell, Petrocan

Toronto, Ont.-based Marsulex Inc. has won a $100 million contract from Calgary, Alb.-based Petro-Canada Inc. and Shell Canada Ltd. Marsulex, which is led by president David Gee, will install pollution control equipment at oil refineries operated by Shell and Petro-Canada.

Petrocan profit rises; Suncor?s dives

Calgary, Alb.-based Suncor Energy Inc. has reported a maintenance shutdown which contributed to a decline in second quarter profits of 47 per cent. But Petro-Canada reported strong earnings for the second quarter, including $588 million in profits.
