Molson, Coors scions slated for new board
Article Abstract:
The two of North America's oldest beer companies, Molson Inc. and Adolph Coors Co., in the event of its merger of the next generation, would be represented on the board of directors of the new company. Merger documents revealed Andrew Molson and Melissa Coors would sit on the 15-member board of directors of the Molson Coors Brewing Co., while controversial director Dan Colson would no longer have a seat on the board.
