Molson's market share shrinks

Molson Inc. is left with the smallest share of the domestic market in years, due to increased competition from discount agents and a lack of marketing support for its flagship Canadian brand. The loss of the second quarter ended September 2004, includes a $210-million writedown on the value of Molson's troubled operations in Brazil.
