Nevada Bob's expects deal to get nod

Nevada Bob's Canada Inc expects to gain favorable shareholder response for its acquisition of Nevada Bob Pro Shops Inc of Las Vegas, NV, and GDH International Inc, based in Texas. Should the deal be realized, it would create the biggest golf retailer in the world and would give the Canadian company the sole right for the Nevada Bob name. The acquisition is also expected to improve company sales in the new company, which will have 242 company and franchise locations.

Onex unit scoops up Jannock
