With the communications equipment maker, Nortel Networks Corp. filing its 2004 company earnings, the company has termed this year as 'challenging.' The company's revenue has slipped to $9.83 billion from $10.19 billion. Apart from these the company has lost money, is trimming expenses and expects sales to rise. Though the company anticipates increase in sales for 2005, various factors need to taken into consideration.
