OECD sets code for multinationals

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, which represents 29 developed nations, has proposed a new international code of conduct for multinational corporations. The OECD rules will benefit Canadian corporations, which already abide by such standards.

OECD tells tax havens to change or face sanctions

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development has blacklisted 35 tax havens. The OECD, which represents 29 countries, has warned these tax havens that they face harsh penalties if they fail to make required reforms.
