Teachers challenges Molson plan to let option holders vote

Molson Inc.'s controversial plan to allow its stock option holders to vote on its proposed union with Adolph Coors Co. is challenged by the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board. They objected to a number of features of this plan of arrangement which should be cleared but it is seen as an inside interest by the shareholders.
