Oxford in lead for Royal properties

The group led by Oxford Properties Group Inc is the leading contender to acquire the real estate portfolio being sold by Royal Bank of Canada. Oxford, together with the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Board is bidding for Royal Bank's headquarters in Toronto. The remainder of the portfolio is composed of 32 office buildings and processing centers throughout Canada.
