RBC's Nixon overhauls bank, poaches Stymiest from TSX

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), the country's largest bank, has performed poorly over 2003 and made a radical move to remove its excess employees by announcing the retirements of its chief Financial Officers, retail Banking boss and Chief Risk Officer. RBC has poached Barbara Stymeist from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to be the Chief Financial Officer in order to streamline its operation from TSX.
