Receiver for Royal Oak hampered by U.S. factor

Craig Bushnell, a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver and the receiver for Royal Oak Mines Inc, said that attempts to revoke the financial transactions entered into by former CEO Margaret Witte and other officials are being hindered by the fact that the transactions happened in the US. PricewaterhouseCoopers is trying to recover $4 million which Witte and the other officials owe Royal Oaks' US subsidiary Arctic Precious Metals Inc. Witte and the officials sold overpriced shares to Arctic.
