Reckoning in Iraq
Article Abstract:
Saddam Hussein, Ex-president of Iraq will face trial in his country for crimes committed against humanity and he along with his lawyers will try to prove that he was deposed by aggression from external forces and will try to take advantage of the power vacuum and chaos in Iraq. The trial may cause short term insurgency by his followers but in longer run it will help Iraq to reconcile its past and build base for democracy with December 2005 elections.

Article Abstract:
The Ministry of Interior reported that 600 serving police officers were killed, as the insurgents in America had targeted the Iraqi police more in comparison to Americans. Iraqi officials blame the Coalition Provisional Authority, the American officials since they recruited 30000 officers in 30-day period in the year 2003 of which some were criminals.
