Four top executives at John Hancock Financial Services Inc. are expected to leave the company after it completes its merger with Manulife Financial Corp. The executives are expected to reap more than $45.3 million U.S. dollars in severance and pension benefits if Manulife fires them without cause or they leave for 'good reason'.
