Article Abstract:
The Presidential Elections of Ukraine were considered to be fraud after Viktor Yushchenko was elected as the new president. 500,000 Ukrainians gathered in Kiev and hundreds of thousands in other Ukrainian cities to protest the election results and hence the high court on December 3, 2004 indicated that the election is tainted and ordered a new runoff between the two candidates namely, Viktor Yushchenko and Leonid Kuchma on December 26, 2004.
