The tangled tale of Lytton
Article Abstract:
Lytton Minerals Ltd., a mining company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, is facing legal charges and inquiries over its ownership interests in properties in the Northwest Territories. The company's poor reputation has triggered the decline of its record-high stock values as it posted a share price of $2-to-$4-range in nearly five years. Lytton Minerals, which is also involved in two transatlantic lawsuits, currently registers a share value of 12 cents after it shelled out C$73.8 million for exploration and capital investments.
