TLC to take restructuring charge over Web unit

Toronto, Ont.-based TLC Laser Eye Centers Inc., which has shut down its online eye care unit, will take a $10 million to $12 million one-time charge during its restructuring. The e-commerce division, eyeVantage.com Inc., was about one-year-old.

Lasik Vision petitioned into bankruptcy
