Toronto Stock Exchange halted trading in Montreal, Que.-based BCE Inc.'s stock following reports of BCE's planned spin off of Nortel Networks Corp. Bill Riedl, who is head of Fairvest Securities Corp., has called for an investigation of TSE's delay in halting BCE's stock trading.
