Tango judged to be anti-competitive

Air Canada was determined to be conducting an anti-competitive act by the federal Competition Bureau after an investigation was done when Canada 3000 Inc. filed a complaint. Tango, a discount brand of Air Canada, was about to have a cease-and-desist order placed against it when Canada 3000 Inc. suspended operations.
