Caisse launches lawsuit against BCE, BCI
Article Abstract:
Bell Canada International Inc. and BCE Inc. have been sued over the recapitalization of BCI. BCI, which is a telephone services company, also has been sued by Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, which is trying to recoup about $110 million.
